CIT Enterprise Desktop Support Engineer

As a CIT Enterprise Desktop Support Engineer, you play a key role in delivering highquality IT support services to end users across the organization. Acting as a subject matter expert for workplace technologies, you ensure seamless operation of user devices, applications, and IT environments. This position directly impacts employee productivity and experience, ensuring that end users can work efficiently with minimal disruption. Installation and configuration of hardware and software, onsite or remote Problem treatment, troubleshooting, and analysis in hardware and softwarerelated topics Maintenance, repair and replacement of different types of hardware (PC, Laptop, Printer, Scanner) Hands on support for network operations team and system management team in case of onsite activities Ticket handling within a ticket system Installation, enrollment, and troubleshooting of Intune for mobile device management Collaboration in IT projects to enhance internal IT platforms Provide IT support for shopfloor systems, label printers, and industrial devices Strong knowledge of
