To strengthen our Crop Protection Team at our headquarters in Vienna we are looking for an experienced TEAMLEAD PARTNER & PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT SPECIALTY CROPS (F/M/D) Strategically develop, manage, and optimize the portfolio of conventional and organic crop protection products, fertilizers, biostimulants, and adjuvants for specialty crops in Austria, Germany, Hungary and Romania Identify and assess new products, technologies, and partnership opportunities based on market trends, agronomic potential, and regional requirements Lead negotiations with international suppliers for distribution and development partnerships Maintain and grow strategic relationships with key partners and innovation networks Align portfolio strategies with local product management teams and support gotomarket
