  • In the selected position, the position owner (m/f/div) will be responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on product. The Business Development Manager establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer focused primarily on the acquisition of new customers and developing the business. Prospect for potential customers using carious direct methods and indirect methods, such as networking.
  • Develop Sales strategies, maintain key account plans and identify growth opportunities by analyzing market, territory including prospecting for new customers to establish relationships with them
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Implementating on a defined action plan aligned with the Sales strategy
  • Ensure commercial follow up of customers
  • Achieve the budget within conditions set by upper management
  • Maintain a high level of domain knowledge in order to realize meaningful conversations with prospects
  • Identify growth opportunities
  • Set-up forecast and track Key Account KPIs
  • Cultivate strong internal relationships that may be required to deliver full solutions to customer
  • Conduct sales negotiations



  • At least 4 years of sales experience within a similar market, professional Sales certification preferred
  • Proven knowledge of long-term Sales processes
  • Solid understanding of the Sales business; keen business judgment
  • Proven record of accomplishment in building up a Sales strategy, develop customer relationship
  • Ability to analyze the actual market situation and willingness identify potential new prospective accounts to accelerating business growth
  • Experienced in working in a global matrix structure
  • Exceptional time and territory management skills
  • Fluent English required
