As part of the Service Desk
Team, you will engage as the primary point of engagement between users and the
organization for all IT needs, to assure the highest service level and customer
satisfaction.Responsibilities:
Answer customer’s IT related queries to provide
technical support for incoming issues related to computer systems,
software and hardware.
Run diagnostic programs to resolve the issues.
Walk customers through problemsolving process.
Requirements:
Experience with technical customer support is preferred
Fluent German speaker
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Client oriented & interested in IT related topics
Readiness to work in 24 x 7 environment
