Intern in Business Transformation (m/f/d)

Welcome at Allianz We are looking for an Intern in Business Transformation (m/f/d) for our modern and innovative location München Schwabing. As an intern (m/f/d) in the Transformation Office, you will support strategic initiatives aimed at driving operational excellence, digitalization, and process optimization across Allianz. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of transformation programs. The project is entering an exciting kickoff phase, giving you the unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in a global build initiative. You will work closely with and provide direct support to the Business Owner in the payments and collections area, contributing to project coordination, preparation of deliverables, and crossfunctional collaboration. This role offers exceptional exposure to strategic decisionmaking, innovative solution development, and the endtoend lifecycle of a global product launch.
