Technical Services Manager (m/f/d)

As a Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of primary processes used in prototyping, manufacturing and production. Developing and designing processes that convert raw materials into valuable products, including scale-up and roll-out of new process technologies for Conventional and Reduced Risk Products, hence contributing to the implementation of newly developed products. Develop scale-up primary manufacturing processes based on fundamental identified criterias Define design elements from the process requirements Set key aspects the process must meet for installation at the Product Technology Center & JTI factories Provide relevant parameters, specifications and quality control measures Cooperate with multiple suppliers and global engineering in designing new lines Qualify new and upgraded primary processing lines and individual equipment in JTI factories Set up and governance of Primary Processing Specifications and
