Head, Product and Techology Transfer (M/F)

We are looking for a Head, Product and Technology Transfer for one of our medtech clients based in Western Switzerland. If you are ready to take on a new challenge, this offer is for you. You will be responsible for transferring new products from R&D into Operations and Manufacturing for scaleup. You will also accountable for ensuring that new products are designed for manufacturing, quality and cost. And you will define Operations strategy for optimizing how the company rapidly transfers and scales all new products - efficiently and effectively. The role reports directly to the Head of Operations. Your Responsibilities: Provide direction, set goals, manage resources, and optimize productivity and costs.
