(Senior) Software R&D Engineer - HW Platform (m/w/d)

Entwicklung von modernen Softwarelösungen für das automatisierte Testen von SoCs der nächsten Generation mit Fokus auf höchste Qualitäts-, Zuverlässigkeits- und Leistungsstandards. Arbeit in funktionsübergreifenden Scrum-Teams in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen R&D-Teams sowohl im Hardware- als auch im Softwarebereich sowie mit anderen Stakeholdern. Aufbauen eines guten Verständnisses der relevanten Kundenanwendungen / Use Cases und ein ausreichendes Verständnis der zugrundeliegenden V93000 ATE-Hardware. Als selbständiges Teammitglied bist Du verantwortlich für die gesamte Entwicklungskette der zu entwickelnden Features (Design, Implementierung, Qualitätssicherung, Integration).
