Demand Manager (d/m/f)

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and highly skilled Demand Manager to join our team. The Demand Manager will play a critical role in forecasting customer demand, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring demand and supply balance to support revenue target. Demand Sensing: Develop and maintain unconstrained demand forecasts using various data sources as well as methods like statistical forecast to capture full business opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations and Supply Chain Planning teams to align consensus forecast. Sales & Operations Planning: Hand-off demand changes and address meaningful demand evolvements as input for monthly S&OP cycle and production planning. Demand and Supply Balance: Collaborate with Supply Chain Management to ensure optimal stock availability to support customer requirements while minimizing excess inventory. Revenue Optimization: Support gap closure activities to ensure revenue target is achieved with profitability.
