Global Process Architect (m/f/d)

Your contribution As part of the global transformation, you will shape our globally harmonised business processes. You will support all business transformation projects with their process requirements and how that fits into our process architecture. This role is instrumental in driving the process ownership rollout, driving process fluency, creating and delivering process training, and ensuring the successful adoption of new ways of working. You will collaborate closely with the business teams and help them embrace the process and organizational changes. As a key member of the transformation team, you will: Design and maintain the global scalable process architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategy and digital transformation goals. Support transformation projects by translating business requirements into process designs that serve local needs as well as global goals.
