Program Manager (m/f/d)

The Program Manager for Research and Venture will be responsible for program management and related processes to ramp up our research projects successfully. He/she will work closely with a cross-functional team consisting of members from operations, field services, spare parts, R&D, product marketing, sales and more. In this role, the Program Manager will establish and maintain a program plan and structure supported by KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and targets at the executive management level. The Program Manager will ensure that all stakeholders receive timely and detailed communication. They will work with the various teams to resolve issues that hinder achievement of the related KPIs. The Program Manager negotiates scope and timelines with technical dependencies that must make adjustments to support the ramp at this strategic customer. They must be a continual learner in technologies and processes, striving to discover new approaches to solving complex problems.
