The UCI World Cycling Centre (CMC) in Aigle is an outstanding multisport facility. It is used by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) as a training centre and features a 200m Velodrome, a BMX Racing Track, a Pumptrack and a BMX Freestyle Park. Inaugurated in 2002, it welcomes many athletes from around the world who devote all their energy to their sports career. The WCC trains and develops about 100 athletes a year in five Olympic disciplines (Road, Track, MTB, BMX Racing and BMX Freestyle).
