IT-Administrator (m/w/d)

Lead technical projects from inception to completion, serving as the primary technical lead. Provide 3rd level support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, remote tools and on-site. Support user and device management using Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and M365 Admin Center. Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based client/server systems using MDT or Intune Autopilot. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PC's, printers, scanners, phones and other peripherals. Identify and document system requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business needs. Set up and support modern workplaces (notebooks, tablets, smartphones). Software deployment & patching using patch management and software deployment
