Test & Validation Engineer (m/f/d)

Test Planning and Execution: Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software components in EV charging systems. Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing. Automate repetitive testing tasks using appropriate tools and frameworks. Collaborate with developers, product owner, and system engineers to identify and resolve software defects. Verify compliance with industry standards, including OCPP (Open Charge Point Protocol) and other EV charging protocols. Ensure the robustness and performance of embedded and application-level software. Documentation and Reporting: Document test results, identify bugs, and track their resolution using project management tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA or similar. Provide detailed feedback and improvement suggestions for software quality enhancement. Continuous Improvement: Advocate for testing best practices and contribute to the refinement of QA processes.
