Senior Designer (m/f/d) in CMF (color, material, finish) design

You will work with a cross functional team, comprised of finishing engineers, sales & marketing, color technicians, process engineers and lab technicians to initiate & develop the highest quality leather products for our OEM customers. Work closely with color & trim designers from various OEM's Understanding customer requirements and expectations and translating them into new leather products Develop holistic leather design concepts regarding, color and enrichments (perforation, embossing embroidery, quilting, printing, etc.) Translate concept ideas for enrichments into production ready design drawings Trend research and development of global design and trend
