This position will assure the compliance of our products with appropriate regulations, provide various data and risk assessments regarding our products and processes and serve as a resource to internal and external customers. What you’ll do: Creation, updating and review of internal documents such as quality specifications, raw material risk assessment, purchasing specifications, etc. Maintenance of QM documentation Advising and informing all relevant departments on all quality-related issues Processing of customer complaints, determination of the cause of defects as well as establishment of corrective measures Processing of customer audit questionnaires and customer specifications.
