The tenure-track position is affiliated to the Institute of Solid State Physics. Duties include research and teaching in the field of experimental physics. The focus of research will be on the momentum- and time-resolved spectroscopy of condensed matter systems . Investigation of energy- and momentum-dependent states and excitations in condensed matter systems using neutrons, synchrotron radiation, and muons Execution of elastic and inelastic scattering experiments Implementation of time-resolved and/or pump-probe spectroscopy Administrative tasks related to the supervision of your research group and projects The successful candidate will teach experimental physics in classes and lab courses/exercise of the Bachelor and Master studies offered by the Faculty of Physics. It is emphasized that currently the teaching in the Bachelor curriculum is in German language requiring to have (or to quickly acquire) appropriate language
