As part of our Performance Marketing team, you will: Scale paid social campaigns across selected markets – owning strategy, creative direction, testing, and performance optimization endtoend. Shape our social paid growth strategy: develop a clear testandlearn roadmap to continuously improve efficiency, identify new growth levers, and push the boundaries of what's possible on each platform. Collaborate closely with creative and UGC teams to ensure content aligns with platform best practices and drives measurable business outcomes. Explore and evaluate new channels, expanding our advertising reach and finding highimpact opportunities for diversification.
