Customer Service Representative

Viking EMEA continues to grow and expand, and in order to keep providing the highest quality to our customers, we are looking to enhance our customer service team in Bad Oldesloe (Schleswig-Holstein / Germany). We are searching for an experienced Customer Service Representative. In this varied and interesting role, you will be responsible for the first customer contacts, so you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service as a tool to sustain our growth. You provide our clients with excellent support and full solutions. Thanks to your commercial attitude and technical affinity, you will enhance sales over the phone. You manage and challenge the endtoend process by developing crossselling opportunities, from product selection, quoting, and sales order entry through to the delivery of materials. Your commercial skills and proven records of accomplishment as customer service representative are keys to make you the first Viking point of contact with our customers, while building the daytoday relationship with them.
