We are seeking a skilled and pragmatic Labor Attorney (Rechtsanwalt (Syndikusrechtsanwalt)) with indepth knowledge of German labor law and practical experience supporting complex workforce environments, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sector. This role will partner closely with HR, Legal, and operational leaders to manage employee relations, collective labor issues, and compliance across our German sites and support broader EMEA labor strategies.
