To strengthen our team in Winnenden (Stuttgart Area) as soon as possible, we are looking for a dedicated Legal Counsel (m/f/d) Your role: This role reports to the LVP Legal Affairs EMEA and Global Privacy Officer Daily legal support to the multiple companies across the EMEA region Reviewing, drafting, and advising on commercial contracts such as supply, distribution and service contracts Work on projects related to Competition Law Reviewing and drafting legal documents for campaigns Collating billing information Assisting with signing and closing procedures, as well as collating signature packs and executing documents Involvement in business projects to cover the legal roll-out Conducting legal research Your profile: Fully
