You will be responsible for Heraeus Conamic`s innovation activities in the field of ceramics and novel composites. This covers the cutting-edge development of new Materials and products in the business line Semiconductor. You lead, motivate, develop, and challenge the RD team to achieve technical and strategic goals. You foster a data-driven mindset to guide decision-making and project prioritization. You monitor the effectiveness of RD activities and contribute actively to strategic planning and project portfolio management.
