You will be responsible for Heraeus Conamic`s innovation activities in the field of Optical Industry, Microlithography and Extreme Ultraviolet Lithography (EUV). This covers the cutting-edge development of new Materials and products in the business lines Photonics and Semiconductor. You lead, motivate, develop, and challenge the RD team to achieve technical and strategic goals. You foster a data-driven mindset to guide decision-making and project prioritization. You monitor the effectiveness of RD activities and contribute actively to strategic planning and project portfolio management. You communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for RD initiatives.
