Manager Europe Payments (m/f/d)

as soon as possible, working full-time (40 hrs.) on-site. * Oversee daily operations for outgoing and incoming payments including ACH, wire transfers, SEPA, SWIFT, BACS and instant/faster payments. * Ensure timely processing, posting, and support during reconciliation of all payment transactions. * Manage relationships with payment processors, financial institutions, and third-party vendors. * Monitor fraud indicators and support risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with compliance teams. * Analyze payment data and prepare operational and financial performance reports. * Drive automation and system improvements to optimize transaction processing workflows. * Oversee all aspects of item processing including check deposits, returns, corrections, and clearing operations. * Coordinate balancing, support reconciliation, and exception handling for all processed items. * Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new tools related to item
