Senior Software Engineer - Medical Devices (m/f/d)

As part of our interdisciplinary R&D team, you will lead the design and implementation of embedded systems and software architectures for high-risk (Class III) medical devices: Define software and embedded system architectures for next-generation medical products. Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and guide the software development team in designing and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. Own and optimize our SW- development infrastructure (CI/CD, DevOps tools, version control, automated testing). Ensure code quality through modular design, reusability, style consistency, and maintainability. Develop embedded software for STM32 microcontrollers and applications on embedded Linux (Qt). Perform design reviews, unit and integration testing, and ensure compliance with IEC 62304 and cybersecurity standards , and international medical device software regulations Foster a high-performing, shift left engineering
