Financial Controller: Germany & Netherlands

We are looking for a skilled professional to join the team as our Financial Controller: Germany & Netherlands What you will be doing: Strengthening Financial Controls – Develop, implement, and maintain robust financial controls in Germany and Netherlands to minimize writeoffs, enhance cost management, and safeguard revenue. Ensuring Accuracy & Compliance – Uphold group accounting standards and policies, ensuring all financial records are precise and compliant. Owning Balance Sheet Reconciliations – Conduct monthly reconciliations, taking proactive steps to resolve issues and maintain financial integrity. Managing Financial Close – Guarantee the timely closure of the Trial Balance, hitting deadlines with precision (Day 4 close). Regulatory & Audit Support – Assist in regulatory reporting and collaborate with external auditors to ensure smooth processes.
