R&D HW Technician (m/f/d)

Conduct predefined electrical and mechanical measurements on prototypes and trial boards. Take care of soldering and rework of various hardware prototypes. Support prototype builds, bring-up, and basic functional testing. Provide technical support to designers and R&D engineers. Identify, document, and track design or production issues. Coordinate with internal departments (hardware, production, quality) and external suppliers. Support component selection, availability checks, and alternative part selection. Support engineering change processes and version control. Support cable qualifications by conducting measurements and documenting results.
