Product Compliance Analyst

About the opportunity We are seeking a Product Compliance Manager / Senior Analyst to join the PTX (Product, Technology, and User Experience) Risk & Compliance team within PTX Operations. The PTX Risk and Compliance Team is focused primarily on assisting PMs with risk assessments and implementations for new products, compliance initiatives and audit findings. This role enables a complianceoriented professional to help unblock key deliverables and new products by streamlining and coordinating requirements stemming from senior stakeholders across our four main markets (Germany, Spain, Italy, and France), as well as tackle large proactive regulatory initiatives like EU AI Act readiness, DORA implementation, and other relevant MaRisk updates. The ideal candidate will have both a growth and regulatory mindset, enabling senior stakeholders to define the risk appetite for new products and allow N26 to grow in a sustainable and compliant way.
