Department of General Zoology and Neurobiology In order to fill a fixedterm position in parttime (25.8895 hours/week = 65%) 01.09.2026, we are looking for 10 PhD candidates (m/f/x) at Research Training Group “Monoaminergic Neuronal Networks & Disease” The Research Training Group Monoaminergic Neuronal Networks & Disease (MoNN&Di) is inviting applications for 10 PhD positions, starting in September 2026.The projects of our program investigate monoaminergic neuronal networks in healthy brain function and examine how their dysfunction contributes to neurodegenrative, movement and neuropsychiatric disease. Through close interdisciplinary collaborations across the fields of biology, biotechnology, medicine and computer science, we will train doctoral candidates to become the next generation of highly skilled researchers who can bridge the gap between tool development, basic research and clinical applications.
