Global Project Manager (m/f/d)

Project managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they complete the expected outcome in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. As a part of BPR&DX, responsible for taking project management role for Global HC transformation and other multiple projects collaborating with the business process champion as business owner, and business process architecture team. Focus on business value delivery, enable stakeholders to scope the value of end-to-end business process and take appropriate business decisions in a timely manner. As a project manager, responsible for driving and leading the project team, collaborating with internal members and customers for smooth and on-time delivery at checkpoints of each phase such as: Business case (value, ROI of the project) Target Operating Model around process, data, governance, tool/solution and organization Tool/solution evaluation and implementation.
