Hardware Test Laboratory Manager (m/f/d)

Establish a Hardware test laboratory team, including setup of test laboratory infrastructure and system level testing capabilities Lead, manage and develop the test laboratory team towards independent, innovative and high-quality verification and validation testing Define, introduce, maintain, and continuously improve test strategies, methods and concepts for system level tests and ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and test results Plan, provide, commission, and maintain test systems and laboratory infrastructure & capacity, including budget planning Plan, coordinate, and execute hardware tests and system level tests including software together with internal customers Evaluate, document, and release test results and initiate rootcause analyses where required Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and applicable norms Act as the central interface between test lab, development teams, systems engineering, project management, and
