Industrial Engineer - Manufacturing Excellence (m/f/d)

Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for complex electronic assemblies with focus on efficiency, scalability, throughput, and cost. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles and Industrial Engineering methodologies. Evaluate production concepts, process flows, layouts, and manufacturing strategies together with internal and external production partners. Identify bottlenecks, waste, and inefficiencies in manufacturing operations and implement sustainable improvements. Collaborate with Contract Manufacturers (CMs), Operations, Supply Chain, and R&D to improve manufacturability and operational performance. Define and monitor manufacturing KPIs such as cycle time, throughput, OEE, utilization, productivity, yield, and cost efficiency. Support industrialization, production ramp-up, and manufacturing transfer activities. Lead value stream analysis and process optimization projects to increase manufacturing performance and reduce operational cost.
