Legal Counsel - Technology and Commercial (m/f/d)

Providing legal advice to Advantest's European subsidiaries, with a focus on software including open source software, data, product cybersecurity law, as well as product and contract law. Knowledge of AI is a plus. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating globally applicable national and international contracts - particularly licensing, software, service, and other technology-related agreements - in close collaboration with the R&D and other departments. Providing support on legal issues related to the use of product and service data, as well as regulatory requirements, particularly in the context of new European regulations. Identifying, analyzing, and developing practical solutions to complex legal issues with a balanced approach to risk and solutions.
