Work in the New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering team which drives Advantest towards operational excellence in an outsourced manufacturing environment Actively drive and influence designs of new products (HW and test SW) Qualify changes both in NPI phase and production and manage the roll out to the whole supply chain Manage product changes for manufacturing process optimization, cost reduction and quality improvements Support manufacturing of existing electronic hardware products of the V93000 IC tester Define and monitor manufacturing metrics to monitor quality, analyze root causes in case of issues and define corrective actions with the objective to constantly fulfill Advantest customer demand Work closely with Advantest contract manufacturers and Advantest development, supply chain and product marketing teams in a very international
