Quality Assurance Engineer (m/w/d)

Conduct comprehensive feature auditing of software development processes and corresponding work products following our internal guidelines and ensure that all activities comply with our policies, standards, and best practices. Assess training needs and gaps within teams related to software engineering practices, act as a coach for the teams to help them resolve their audit findings and prevent further issues, and facilitate Analyze trends in audit findings, identify potential areas for improvement in existing processes, practices and tools and communicate those improvement opportunities to our internal process definition organization Be part of Quality Improvement initiatives, driving process and tool enhancements in a complex environment with contributions from several teams and locales Provide support on the problem-solving methods, such as 8D Problem solving and Deep Root Cause
