Release Train Engineer (m/f/d)

Advantest is a global leader in automatic test equipment for the semiconductor industry. Our V93000 platform is used to test the majority of the world's most advanced semiconductor devices. In SW R&D, we build its software in globally distributed agile teams operating within a large-scale SAFe Solution Train. Within it, the Internal Efficiency Agile Release Train (ART) drives the tools, infrastructure, and processes that enable our development and release teams to work effectively at scale. As Release Train Engineer you act as servant leader of the ART alongside the Product Manager and System Architect. In this role, you combine RTE and Scrum Master responsibilities, directly supporting the ART's teams while keeping your primary focus on ART-level outcomes. You are also part of the team of Release Train Engineers supporting consistency and efficiency across the entire Solution Train.
