Senior Techno-Functional Business Analyst (m/f/d)

As part of our Digital Transformation we are seeking a highly skilled senior Techno-Functional Business Analyst (TF BA) with strong expertise in process & data mapping, requirement & data analysis as well as data quality. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by understanding business needs and how they fit into the business strategy, analyzing source systems, identifying data integration needs, and supporting the design of scalable solutions and business models. The role focuses on translating business needs into clear, detailed technical requirements while ensuring solutions are scalable, feasible, and aligned with business objectives. The TF BA collaborates closely with the business, developers, architects, and QA teams throughout the solution lifecycle. This role requires a blend of business acumen, technical data expertise, and analytical problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality data solutions that support enterprise analytics and decision-making.
