Test Manager (m/f/d)

Define and continuously improve / adapt the overall test plan in close cooperation with other stakeholders within the V93 R&D organization Plan the specific test activities based on new features, known bugs to achieve an optimal balance between test coverage and test execution time Integrate security testing, secure-by-design validation, vulnerability handling processes, and incident response test coverage into the overall test strategy, ensure traceability against CRA security requirements Continuously enhance & adapt data collection and reporting to improve transparency of test execution on all layers to provide status information on quality level Continuously enhance test automation, including regression suites and automated security scans into CI/CD pipelines Drive activities for improvement by identifying hot spots of low quality in software Analyze currently used tools and standardize testing and quality processes to ensure as much as possible a common approach in all teams Work closely with the QA team to ensure strong alignment of Quality assurance strategy and test strategy including streamlined QA reports and test
