For our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and committed: Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist (m/f/d) You will play a key role in translating global compensation frameworks into practical solutions for the German organization. Working closely with our global headquarters in Taiwan, you will help establish transparent, datadriven compensation processes while ensuring compliance with local market practices and business requirements. This position combines Compensation & Benefits expertise, HR Controlling, data analytics and project management. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex data, building structured processes and partnering with international stakeholders in a fastgrowing organization.
