For our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and committed: (Senior) Operations Resource Planning Engineer (m/f/d) In this role, you will work at the interface between production, supply chain, and operations, ensuring that manufacturing runs according to plan. Instead of relying on assumptions, you will use data to understand capacity, identify bottlenecks, and support decisionmaking in a complex production environment. You will be closely aligned with production teams and contribute to coordinating resources, monitoring performance, and improving processes. The role is less about pure coordination and more about understanding how production systems work and translating data into actionable planning.
