Manager Academy (m/w/d)

As a Manager of the SoftProject Academy you are responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial management of the Academy organization. The role includes the leadership of the Academy Training Team, the development and maintenance of high-quality training and education content, and the establishment of a scalable, modern learning portfolio for SoftProject products Leadership & Team Development: Lead and develop the Academy team (trainers, instructional designers, operations), fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Academy Strategy: Define and evolve the strategic direction of the SoftProject Academy in line with company objectives, market trends, and customer needs. Modern Training Portfolio: Own and expand a comprehensive, future-ready training portfolio including classroom, virtual, e-learning, certification, and blended learning formats. Content Strategy & Quality Assurance: Oversee the development, maintenance, and quality of all training content aligned with product roadmaps and release cycles.
