As a Customer Experience Specialist, you continuously optimize and evolve our marketing platforms and digital touch points, empower local experts to unlock the full potential of our digital infrastructure and actively shape Be part of the Customer Journey Management Team with a strong focus on email marketing and digital campaigns Support the global, data driven marketing activities of the RATIONAL Group You further improve, extent and automate our communication channels and processes based on the technology stack of Salesforce Work closely with Marketing Communication teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences across all touchpoints by defining and realizing the customer journey, email campaigns and enabling your colleagues Collaborate with local subsidiaries worldwide to implement smart CX concepts and new (digital) touchpoints Enable and support data driven, personalized and omnichannel communication You take care of the design, coordination and implementation of CRM and digital communication standards Evaluate technology and tool requirements and implement best practice approaches Plan, execute and monitor international digital campaigns in close cooperation with
