(Senior) Consultant (all genders) - Operations Life Sciences

You will be based in one of our German offices as a member of our global Life Sciences team. In this role, you will take responsibility for end-to-end project delivery and ensure strong team performance across engagements. With minimal supervision, you will build strong relationships within and outside the company, contributing to business growth through high-quality delivery and impactful client work. * Design and implement end-to-end Operations and Supply Chain strategies across the Life Sciences value chain - from R&D to manufacturing, supply, and quality. * Drive transformation programs such as Smart Factory, Digital Operations, OPEX, and Lean initiatives to increase efficiency, quality, and resilience. * Analyze complex operational challenges, develop actionable solutions, and deliver measurable impact for our clients. * Optimize production networks, planning processes, and operating models through data-driven methods and AI-based use cases. * Lead interdisciplinary project teams and work closely with our clients on-site to enable operational excellence. * Contribute to business development through
