The Antena Chief Engineer is the technical authority and endtoend integration owner for Active Antenna Systems, leading the product journey from concept through design, industrialization, verification, and lifecycle management. In this role, you will drive system architecture and systemization, including array geometry, beamforming, and spatial radiation performance. You will align and lead multidisciplinary engineering functionsspanning array design, signal distribution, and mechanical developmentwhile ensuring compliance with industry standards such as 3GPP and NGMN.
