Bioinformatic analysis of multi-omics data to elucidate the role of nucleoside diphosphate kinases (NDPK) in the tumor microenvironment and their potential influence on cancer progression and metastasis Characterization of primary tumors and metastasis using multi-omics data sets (e.g. genomics, metabolomics) with focus on single-cell and spatial transcriptomics RNA sequencing data Integrated analysis of clinical phenotypes and -omics data using biostatistics and bioinformatics Application of a broad spectrum of established and new bioinformatics analysis strategies with focus on single-cell and spatial transcriptomics RNA seq and data integration Capacity and enthusiasm to undertake the training activities of a graduate program supported by programs of the Faculty of Medicine and the Graduate Academy of the University of Tuebingen to ensure greatest possible success in your career
