Teamlead Accounting (m/f/d)

We are looking for a fulltime Teamlead Accounting (m/f/d) to take ownership of our accounting function and help us grow. paper republic is one of the world's fastest growing brand of premium notebooks and leather accessories. We design, produce and ship our notebooks directly to 300.000 customers worldwide through our own ecommerce website. We are a dynamic international team of 115 people with more than 35 nationalities who like to develop and implement ideas together. Based in the heart of the 9th district in Vienna, paper republic HQ spread over 1000sqm, bringing together production, warehouse, office and shop in the first district, making it a unique, fun and beautiful place to work. In this role, you will ensure everything runs smoothly – from accurate financial reporting to balance sheet preparation – while guiding a small, motivated team. You will collaborate closely with tax advisors, auditors, and colleagues across the business, and have the chance to improve processes, implement new systems, and make a real impact on our international growth. · You are overall responsible for building, developing, and scaling accounting
