Strategic Sales Planning: Develops and executes customer strategies that align customer needs with internal business objectives. Client Relationship Management: Builds and maintains strategic customer relationships while achieving price, margin, and growth targets. Prepares customer gameboards and heatmaps. Market Analysis: Provides revenue forecasts for Profit Plan, LRP, and quarterly cycles, and derives actions based on market intelligence. Sales Management & Execution: Develops negotiation strategies for new and renewal contracts in close collaboration with Contract Operations.
