PORR is expanding its data center activities and is seeking a Mechanical
Lead to manage mechanical site delivery on a large data center construction
project. The role covers mechanical installation, plant coordination,
subcontractor management, technical interfaces, quality control, testing
support, and commissioning readiness.
* Leadership of mechanical works on site, including cooling systems,
chilled water, pipework, ventilation, CRAH/CRAC units, plant rooms,
pumps, valves, supports, insulation, and fire protection interfaces
* Coordination of mechanical subcontractors and verification of
compliance with current drawings, specifications, and approved method
statements
* Review of mechanical drawings, technical submissions, procurement
status, and installation details
* Coordination of plant access, lifting routes, installation sequence,
maintenance zones, and testing areas
* Coordination of mechanical interfaces with electrical, CSA, BMS,
controls, fire protection, and commissioning teams
* Tracking of long-lead equipment, testing readiness, flushing,
pressure testing, balancing, and pre-commissioning
