PORR is expanding its data center activities and is seeking a Package
Manager to manage a defined construction package on a large data center
project. The package may cover CSA, fit-out, external works, electrical,
mechanical, BMS, security, fire protection, or another project scope.
* Management of the assigned work package from mobilisation to handover
* Review of scope, drawings, specifications, programme, procurement
status, and subcontractor deliverables
* Coordination of daily and weekly activities with the subcontractor
and site team
* Tracking of progress, manpower, material status, and work front
readiness
* Coordination of inspections with QA/QC and completion of records
* Verification of subcontractor compliance with EHS requirements,
permits, RAMS, and site rules
* Management of RFIs, technical queries, design clarifications, and
change items for the package
* Coordination of package interfaces with CSA, MEP, design, logistics,
commissioning, and document control
