Senior Procurement Manager (m/f/d) Data Center Construction

PORR is expanding its data center activities and is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead procurement strategy for large data center construction projects. The role is responsible for procurement governance, package strategy, long-lead equipment, subcontract tendering, supplier risk, commercial alignment, and support to project delivery. * Leadership of project procurement strategy and procurement governance * Development of the package procurement plan with commercial, technical, planning, and project teams * Management of procurement for major subcontract packages and long-lead equipment * Leadership of supplier engagement, tender strategy, negotiation, and recommendation for award * Coordination of procurement risk management for programme-critical packages * Management of procurement reporting, approval routes, tender audit trail, and supplier performance monitoring * Collaboration with Legal and Commercial teams on terms, risk allocation, and contract conditions * Support of value engineering, alternative sourcing, and supplier diversification * Escalation of procurement issues affecting
